Introduction
Our Client, a global consumer products company based in Bryanston, is seeking a Campaign Manager to join their team. The Campaign Manager will develop and implement dynamic and impactful monthly marketing product campaigns aligned with the local product and brand strategy. These campaigns aim to achieve the company's consumption and profit objectives by maximizing the potential of key product concepts through strong, market-aligned offers and effective merchandising. The role focuses on driving product consumption, enhancing accessibility, meeting productivity targets, and supporting the growth of unique sellers.
Duties & Responsibilities

Campaign Development:
Design and execute alternating monthly marketing campaigns. Ensure campaigns are innovative, effective, and aligned with the local brand and product strategy. Develop strong offers and merchandising strategies that are priced to market.

Productivity and Growth:
Drive product consumption to meet company productivity targets. Support unique seller growth by enhancing product accessibility and desirability.

Budget and Profitability:
Manage campaign budgets effectively to achieve profit plans. Conduct financial analysis to ensure campaigns are cost-effective and within budget.

Collaboration and Feedback:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success. Collect and apply internal and external customer feedback to improve campaign outcomes.

Compliance and Process Adherence:
Adhere to departmental and organizational policies and procedures. Ensure all campaigns are compliant with relevant guidelines and standards.


Desired Experience & Qualification

A matric certificate is required; however, preference will be given to candidates with a relevant degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
Proficient in analyzing accounting, financial, and other quantitative data.
Skilled in budget management and forecasting.
Demonstrates perseverance, resilience, and the energy needed to meet objectives.
Takes initiative and acts independently without prompting.
Capable of generating innovative ideas and creating effective solutions to challenges.
Effective in time management and consistently meets deadlines.
Committed to adhering to departmental and organizational policies and procedures.
Decisive and able to make timely decisions without hesitation.
Seeks and incorporates feedback from internal and external customers.
Provides consistent and constructive performance feedback.
