dynamic Senior Camp Manager
to oversee operations at a
small, exclusive luxury lodge

? What You'll Do:
This is a hands-on position where you'll manage all aspects of the lodge:
Back of House:
Organise the kitchen, manage food stock, and schedule shifts.
Front of House:
Oversee room quality, garden, pool, and maintenance reporting.
Guest Relations:
Welcome guests, conduct room orientations, and ensure every stay is unforgettable.
Staff Management:
Provide on-the-job training and lead your team with confidence.
What We're Looking For:
A
experienced professional
with at least 5 years in lodge management or a similar leadership role.
Someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a love for working with guests.
A candidate with a
lodge management certificate
or relevant hospitality qualifications.
Drivers licence
and
First Aid certificate
are a must.
Exceptional communication and people skills—ready to inspire and lead!
