Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage a small team of consultants.Optimize lead distribution for maximum ROI.Provide training, coaching, and feedback to team members.Ensure calls meet company requirements and achieve KPIs.Desired Experience & QualificationFluent in English and Afrikaans.5 years' call center experience, 2 years in a management or quality assessing role.Package & RemunerationBetween R15 000 - with exciting monthly bonus incentives for meeting KPIs.
