Butt Welder

We are looking for dynamic young individual who is willing to grow and develop within the production team.  This is an entry level position.  The incumbant must have attention to detail.  Punctual.  Sence of urgency.  Must be willing to work shifts and overtime.  Must be driven and motivated to learn.  It is essential for the candidate to have a valid crane license and to have knwoledge and experience of the correct joining of head and tail slit strip ends, by means of CO2 or Manual stick wleding, to ensure a properly welded joint that will not break off in the vertical floop or damage mill roll surfaces.
Needs to ensure a continuous supply of slit strip into the vertica floop and also to the mill.
