ResponsibilitiesWe're looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our team. The successful incumbent will:
Analyze and optimize business processes.Ensure our operations are timely, efficient and cost-effective through management of all stock transfer or customer delivery activities.Analyze trends to ensure that we are optimizing our customer service delivery.Manage the process to effectively deal with non-profitable routes and explore opportunities for additional customers.Engage the BU stakeholders into regular reviews and conversations to increase our distribution footprint and route spatial design.Design and monitor KPI dashboards across multiple BUs.Map the business processes and align with the PGT requirements.Accountabilities: Analyze existing processes and identify areas for optimization of people, process, and technology.Facilitate business process mapping sessions, analyze processes, risk, and recommend controls or actions to mitigate the risk.Document policies and procedures pertaining to the process during evaluation.Evaluate operational history, reporting needs and advise on standard reporting KPIs supporting the process.Make recommendations to management for opportunities or improvements.Review and maintain policies and procedures for the business processes.Facilitate individual monthly workshops with the BUs to analyze the route to market.Implement business projects and functionality deployment.Liaison between business and SAP partners.Direct store delivery (DSD) process and system support.Governance Risk and compliance (GRC).Reporting and data needs.Help achieve business objectives by monitoring the objectives and KPIs.Review the effective monitoring and tracking of the order to cash cycle across BUs.QualificationsAt least four years previous Business Analysis experience within FMCG environment.Excellent communication, organizational and planning skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Excellent knowledge and understanding of ERP systems and SAP & business systems (MES, HMI).Above normal Excel and Power BI skills is essential.Attention to detail.Experienced in working with tight deadlines and making own decisions to manage tasks.A good team player that is flexible and willing to help with any emergency and company needs.Ability to analyze data patterns and identify trends to optimize processes and systems.
