This role reports into the Head of Business Development.
Your responsibilities will include: Providing the research and analysis required to develop robust businesses casesfor new opportunities to grow the business Assembling and analysing the data to determine the size of the market for newconcepts Researching how solutions are being implemented locally and internationally Using online tools and resources as well as identifying and engaging otherinformation sources Building Excel models to quantify the size of opportunities Applying creative problem solving to develop solutions Developing the high-level functional requirements that the business would needto implement the opportunity. You will need to work with specialists across thebusiness to understand what is needed to practically implement ideas Building implementation plans and budgets for the execution of new projects Project managing the implementation of selected opportunities Attributes: Solutions-oriented, can-do attitude and high energy Strong analytical and critical thinking, using data to inform decisions Ability to disaggregate and structure solutions to ambiguous problems Solid quantitative skills Ability to interview and interact professionally with internal and external people Capability to present ideas succinctly, in writing and verbally Versatile and with the appetite to learn by doing Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree required, with a major in a quantitative subject, Postgraduate degree preferred 3 years of experience in an analytical role (e.g. in e-commerce, consulting,engineering) Top academic results Competence in Excel The Environment:
