Business Machine & Itc Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our sales team as a Business Machine & ITC Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects to sell our products and services.Responsibilities:Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and referralsPresent and demonstrate products and services to potential customersDevelop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure ongoing sales and customer satisfactionNegotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer needs are metCollaborate with sales team members to achieve sales targetsStay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offeringsProvide feedback to management on customer needs and market trendsRequirements:Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.A Tertiary qualification will be an added advantageProven experience in sales, preferably in the business machine and ITC industryStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build customer relationships and provide excellent customer serviceKnowledge of sales techniques and strategiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
