Requirements: 5+ years in an equivalent and similar role in a distribution environment / plumbingSYSPRO experience advantageousBusiness acumenMatricDiploma in business administration, financeResponsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and research potential leads through various channels including social media, industry events, networking and canvassing businesses in Western CapeOutbound Outreach: Conduct outreach to prospects via phone, email, and social media to introduce our products/services and schedule meetings to exploreLead Qualification: Engage with potential leads to understand their needs, qualify their interest, and determine their fit with our offerings.CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects and update the SKYNAMO system with relevant information about leads and their status.Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on lead generation strategies, share insights, and contribute to the development of targeted outreach campaigns.Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation, prospect / customer conversion, sales and GP targetsMarket Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to enhance the customer experience.
