Requirements: 10 years experience in new business development Own reliable car and valid drivers license Fully bilingual Be prepared to travel to Sub-Sahara African countries Duties: Sales Channel Management: Establish new sales channels and implement strategic opportunities for growth Market Development: Identify and develop new markets and regions for expansion Customer Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with key customers, agents and partners; oversee customer-facing teams Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to inform marketing strategies Strategic Collaboration: Work with the Executive team on business strategies and provide market expertise Product Development: Collaborate to create solutions that meet customer specifications Export Development: Travel to African countries to support business development initiatives
