Qualifications:Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related fieldSkills and experience required: Essential experience in Automotive Retail; dealership or OEM background required.At least 5-8 years in Business Development or Sales Management with a proven track record of growth.Strong product knowledge, leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Excel with robust financial and business acumen.Deep understanding of profit/loss and financial performance.Job description:Manage and optimize the dealer network across Africa.Generate and present sales reports for the region.Oversee the order process, pricing functions, and collaborate with marketing and finance teams.Implement and monitor sales training and conduct regular dealer visits and audits.Evaluate dealership performance against targets, market share, and competitor analysis.Manage dealer debtors and ensure compliance with company policies.Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the East African market to achieve revenue goals.Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering strong client and partner relationships.Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to capitalize on new business opportunities.Oversee sales initiatives, promotional activities, and report on performance metrics.
