Follow up with customers about upcoming appointments Make follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction. Other duties as required by management Must have a valid Utah driver's license Qualifications: Comfortable texting and emailing with customers daily Answering customer calls daily Superior communication skills, both oral and written Outstanding organizational skills Ability to stay strong and calm in a stressful environment.
