Minimum Requirements.MatricAny other relevant qualifications would be an advantage, but we prefer "Experience and the Walk-and-Talk Candidates"Quick thinker and an attentive listener to clients "pain points" and to offer solutionsPrevious Sales experience within the TES industry and knowledge of the Labour Relations Act and all Bargaining Councils, beneficialExcellent communications skills, ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clientsComputer Literate, MS office etc.Candidate must be a self-starter and have great organizational and time management skillsValid Drivers License and own vehicleDuties and ResponsibilitiesIdentify clients needs and present solutions to match theseConduct Sales presentationsContinuously searching and identifying sales opportunitiesAttend weekly sales meetingsEnsure quotes are delivered timeously and negotiated with the client within a 24-hour time frameEnsure correct company protocol is followed with regards to hours, PPE, health, and safety etcWork closely with the operations department to ensure requirements are metShortlisted candidates will be contacted within 5-7 working days, failing which please consider your application unsuccessful.
