About Our Client Our client is a leading global beauty and wellness company with a strong presence in over 60 countries.
They are renowned for their dedication to using natural ingredients and sustainable practices.
Their extensive product portfolio includes premium skincare, makeup, haircare, fragrances, and wellness products, all designed with a commitment to eco-friendly and ethically sourced materials.
We seek a Business Coach to enhance the effectiveness of the brand partners by providing strategic support, training, and resources.
This role involves close collaboration with marketing, product, and sales departments to ensure alignment with company objectives and to drive sales performance.
Requirements Responsibilities: Develop and execute catalogue and quarterly sales KPIs for the region.
Analyze sales results daily, weekly, and monthly, reporting to the supervisor with forecasts and insights.
Plan and implement actions to achieve regional targets.
Monitor market competition to inform strategy and actions.
Conduct individual and group business reviews with leaders to maintain high engagement and performance.
Organize and lead impactful training sessions tailored to regional needs.
Coordinate and manage events, seminars, and congresses for assigned product areas, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Collaborate with brand partners and sales teams to align event objectives with organizational goals.
Monitor adherence to budgetary constraints and manage payment agreements with third parties.
Candidate Requirements: Minimum of 3 years in sales (enablement, management, or training), preferably within large-scale organizations.
Strong leadership and motivational skills.
Analytical abilities for business reporting and planning.
Effective communication, presentation, and problem-solving capabilities.
Adaptable to changing business needs and able to perform under pressure.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
