Job Requirements: Liase with users on requirements Document requirements, processes and business rules Business process mapping Business model analysis, design and documentation Provide recommendations on process improvements Translate requirements into technical specifications Liase with and support developers/technical team to unpack requirements during development lifecycle Ensure that solutions meet business objectives Design and conduct functional testing throughout the development cycle Provide support through user acceptance testing Daily stand-ups and regular project meetings Key Skills and Competencies: Understand and have experience with the application development lifecycle Experience with Agile/SCRUM and some kind of project methodology Business Process Modelling and related software experience Business Process Design and Frameworks knowledge advantageous Passion for understanding and working with data and systems Experience with data modelling and databases advantageous Experience in telecommunications and/or financial services/retail industry highly preferable Experience in Logistics/Supply Chain management would be beneficial Experience with SQL advantageous Experience with BI software would be beneficial Qualifications & Experience: 2-3 years' experience as a business analyst or relevant experience working with data or developing applications Any related degree/diploma or certification preferable:
Information Systems Application Dev Information Technology Commerce/Science degree in.
