Business Analyst

Background:Mobile Money is on a digital transformation journey that focuses on enabling our clients through digital channels, simplifying client experience, and product development driven from insights.
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team.This role contributes to that journey through the enablement and support of features on the Mobile Money app and website.
A strong technical background will be an advantage for this role. Education / Business DegreeComputer Sciences Post Graduate DiplomaIT and Computer Sciences Knowledge of Agile methodology 5- 10 YearsBusiness Analysis and Design 5 -10 Years - Analyse business needs and provide solutionsWork ExperienceExperience in business and system analysis workExperience working in an agile environment and feature teamsTechnical background is an advantage for this roleLeadership/Management:Must have strong team leadership skills.Must have strong stakeholder management skills.Ability to act on own initiative and make decisions.Ability to direct others appropriately.Must have good planning and scheduling skills.Must have knowledge and experience in working with feature teamsMust have good project control, tracking and measurement skills.Must have good knowledge of requirements gathering and management techniques and of change control.Problem solving skills.Must be able to use common PM tools.
