Business Analyst

My client is a leading role-player in the Systems development space, with a unique offering to Tertiary Education Institutes.
They are looking for a Business Analyst and team Lead for their Student Information System (SIS) Team, which is based in Cape Town.
Their ideal person will have the following qualifications:1.
A Bachelor's degree or similar qualification;2.
Formal training in requirements analysis;3.
5+ years of Business Analysis experience in the post-secondary education arena;4.
SCRUM methodology experience.What characteristics will this person have?1.
