A reputable construction company based in Cape Town is seeking a Building Estimator to join their team.
Requirements:

BSc/ BTech: Quantity Surveying
7-10 years' experience as an Estimator for building projects
Contractual knowledge and negotiation skills
Able to deliver quality, profitability, and productivity
Experienced in risk mitigation and resource management
Proficient in MS Office, MS Projects, CCS, BuildSmart
