Branch Manager

Villiersdorp Co-operative Limited (VILKO) has a position available for a Branch Manager with excellent people relations and interpersonal skills to lead their dynamic team based at their branch situated in Vyeboom, Western Cape.The incumbent will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Vyeboom branch, and will liaise with the General Manager, Financial Manager, other Branch Managers, branch staff, and administrative staff on a regular basis.KPI's will include:Customer ServiceInventory managementPersonnel managementSales/Marketing/Packing MaterialsPurchasing (inventory and direct purchases)Maintenance of assets and arranging for repairs as needed – vehicles, equipment, buildings and premisesSetting up of budget and management thereofAll other tasks related to the position.Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:Matric required, a tertiary qualification in Accounting/Marketing or a similar field will be advantageous;At least 5 years' general trading experience in an agricultural environment, including experience in a managerial capacity and excellent product knowledge;Good computer literacy (MS Office);Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Afrikaans and English;Valid driver's license.Commencement date: Dec 2024 / Jan 2025In line with our client's EE policy and requirements, preference will be given to suitably qualified persons from designated groups.Please apply online at www.m3online.co.za before 09:00 on 4 October 2024.For general enquiries, contact our team at M3 Human Capital Management on XXX-XXXX.Please note that only shortlisted candidates are contacted.
