Qualified Branch Manager to oversee all branch manager functions within the branch. The ideal candidate needs to take ownership of all branch activities, lead a profitable and sustainable business unit contributing to the overall success of the organization.Ideal candidates would have solid experience running a store and managing profit and growth targets within the retail environment. The role is responsible for communicating and driving daily branch operations to ensure alignment with company goals. The role includes managing people related issues, customer service, sales, stock, and credit management within the branch.The successful candidate must be able to manage, lead, motivate, develop, and manage branch employees, thereby retaining a stable team capable of achieving business goals.
