Branch Manager

Our client in Welkom is recruiting for a Branch Manager to ensure continuity, growth and profitability of the Store through the management of costs and the maximization of sales turnover and returns.

Grade 12Management experience in the hardware retail industry will be an advantageSkills required:

Ensuring that stock is managed in accordance with established company policies & proceduresEnsure that customer complaints are dealt with in an effective manner and resolvedTo grow, develop and build awareness of the product and service offering and identifying new business opportunitiesInspire, motivate, guide, develop and manage, and lead employees in order to meet the store's objectives.Apply all company policies and procedures and best practice principles in order to maintain a harmonious labour environmentRemuneration:
Basic:  R45 000.00 13th ChequeCompany contribution to pension fund
Working hours:
Must be willing to work retail hours
