Additionally, managing production reports on a weekly and monthly basis, conducting presentations for brokers and partners, and establishing partnerships to bolster sales.Desired Experience & QualificationExceptional communication and presentation skills.Problem analysis and problem-solving ability.Ability to develop and maintain relationships.Results-focused, must be able to meet and exceed sales targets.Position RequirementsRelevant Degree or equivalent is essential.Minimum of 5 years 'experience in sales management and business development role.Experience in financial services.Extensive knowledge in financial services products.Own Transport and valid driver's license.Successful track record in the "Broker Services" sector of the Life Insurance Industry.This position requires traveling.Package & RemunerationFixed salary with attractive commission structure.
