Keytek (Pty) Ltd - Branch / Operations ManagerKeytek (Pty) Ltd, a security wholesaler based in Boksburg, is looking to employ a dynamic and innovative Branch / Operations Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in daily operations and sales.Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations in a warehousing and sales environment.Business Development and Key Accounts Management.Provide Sales and Product training to distributors.Oversee a skilled production team and ensure production lead times are met.Oversee local and national logistics.Manage inventory at branch level.Perform basic HR functions for a young and dynamic team.Internal maintenance of production equipment and machinery.Desired Experience & QualificationsExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage with clients, employees, and stakeholders at all levels.Proven experience in sales and key accounts management.Past experience in warehousing and operational management.Relevant tertiary qualifications are beneficial, but experience speaks volumes.Package & RemunerationMarket Related Package.13th Cheque.Performance Based Incentive.Why this role matters?Contribute to the strategic growth of a flourishing organization.Oversee critical functions including sales, warehousing, and operations at senior management level.
