We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and dynamic Hotel Manager to lead our team and ensure the delivery of exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities :
• Oversee daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance departments.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, boost revenue, and control operational costs.
• Train, mentor, and manage hotel staff to ensure high levels of productivity and customer service.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to increase bookings, drive occupancy, and enhance brand visibility.
• Maintain hotel standards for cleanliness, ambiance, and overall guest experience.
• Manage budgets, financial reports, and expense forecasting to meet profitability targets.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a prompt and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations, health and safety standards, and hotel policies.
• Foster strong relationships with vendors, service providers, and local community partners.
Qualifications :
• Proven experience as a hotel manager or in a similar managerial role in a boutique or luxury hotel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
• Financial acumen with experience in managing budgets, P&L statements, and cost control.
• Knowledge of hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS systems).
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick, effective decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred.
