Bookkeeper (Mobeni, Kzn)

National group are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with three to five years expereince and a Bookkeeping or tertiary finance qualification.
Duties & Responsibilities Cashbook capturing Daily/monthly Bank recons Preparation and capturing of General Ledger journals Assisting in preparation of management accounts Assisting in preparation of annual budgets Assistance with internal/external auditors Preparation of Balance sheet recons Preparation of Vat workings and returns Maintaining and updating of fixed assets register Assistance with Debtors and Creditors duties General administration and filing Desired Experience & Qualification Grade 12 (With Mathematics & Accounting as subjects) Tertiary Bookkeeping/Finance qualification Minimum 3-5 years bookkeeping/finance experience (up to balance sheet) Knowledge of Accounting software packages Strong MS Office skills Ability to work under pressure and according to tight deadlines Have excellent documentation and communication skills Attention to Detail and high level of accuracy Office hours: Monday to Friday 08h00 to 17h00 Package & Remuneration R20,000 per month (total cost to company)
