Bookkeeper

Location: Stellenbosch Position: Bookkeeper A wine farm in Stellenbosch is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join their team, the Bookkeeper will report to the Financial Manager.

Key responsibilities will include: · Manage all aspects of creditors and debtors.
· Maintain accurate financial records up to trial balance.
· Process invoices and payments in a timely manner.
· Reconcile accounts and prepare monthly reports.
· Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
· Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
We need to see: · Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, ideally 3 years experience · Completed Finance / Accounting qualification · Proficiency in Xero, DEXT, Vinsight and advanced Excel skills · Strong understanding of accounting principles.
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
