Bookkeeper

BOOKKEEPER – (DURBAN SPRINGFIELD PARK)   Purpose of the job: To record and maintain the business' financial transactions.
Required Qualifications  Matric Higher Certificate or Diploma in Financial Accounting and or similar qualification Strong Debtor's skills Available within 2 weeks or less - URGENT position Technical Competencies and responsibilities Strong & affective verbal & written communication skills Strong Debtor's function Proficient in advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word Monthly uploads of budgets, AR & AP into Pastel Preparation of Month-end journals Prepare general ledger reconciliations Reviewing Management Accounts   Behavioural Competencies: Must have strong analytical skills.
Must have excellent planning and organizational skills High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality Only candidates   meeting the minimum requirements will be considered.
