Bookkeeping Certificate.
Proficiency in Excel.
Strong personality.
Bookkeeping up to trial balance.
Knowledge of debtors and creditors / bookkeeping.
Must reside in or near Pretoria East.
Must be highly detail-oriented and highly accurate in all tasks.
Must demonstrate neat and meticulous work habits.
Impeccable time management skills.
Work well under pressure.
Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
Regularly reconcile bank statements and company accounts to ensure accuracy.
Update and manage the general ledger by categorising and posting transactions.
Track invoices, ensure timely payments, and follow up on outstanding receivables.
Generate reports like income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Assist in tracking expenditures and ensuring adherence to the budget.
Reconcile Vat.
Organise and store financial records, receipts, and invoices for easy retrieval.
Provide support to Auditors during audits or financial reviews.
General ad hoc administration duties.
Adhere to financial policies, procedures, and legal standards.
