* Min 5yrs management experience in Big 5 reserves and 4 or 5-star lodges
* Applicable tertiary qualification will be beneficial
* Proficient with MS Office Suite, ResRequest experience will be beneficial
* Valid RSA Driver's License and RSA ID
* Exceptional Guest Relations skills & Ability to manage staff
* Understanding and ability to manage the different departments
* Ability to plan ahead and problem solve
* Financial experience in budget control, stock takes and stock control
