You Bring 1-2 years in Gaming IndustryA Bonus To Have: Diploma/Degree.Valid Driver's License.What You'll Do For The Brand: Branch Growth Ensure betting boards are updated timeously.Updating of memos, card changes, results and scratchings which occur throughout the day.Be knowledgeable on all betting rules, odds and pay-outs.Inform the Team Leaders/ Betting Manager when laying large bets that do not require confirmation.Sales Administration Manage cash within the branch according to defined processes/procedures and minimize risks.Be alert to emerging attempts to defraud the company.Cash Management Ensure accurate float amounts at the beginning of the shift.Conduct interim checks with the team leader on duty.Deal with cash shortages immediately and report to the team leader.Branch Appearance Ensure the branch is always neat and tidy according to Hollywood standards.Maintain workstations in good working condition.Comply with procedures to prevent losses to the company.Customer Service Provide good customer service by being friendly, helpful, and courteous.Pro-actively address customer complaints.Build strong relationships with regular customers.Create a customer-centric culture within the branch.Compliance Adhere to company's internal control policies.Escalate fraudulent activities.Ensure proper uniform is worn when on duty.Values Actively promote the Hollywood values.Lead by example to other team members.What You'll Bring To The Team: Good understanding of betting procedures and betting types.Good business acumen skills.Good financial management skills.Excellent people management skills.Customer service experience.Problem-solving skills.Attention to detail.Please be advised that should you not be contacted within 30 days, kindly consider your application to be unsuccessful.
