The Bartender will be responsible for mixing and serving drinks and/or snacks or food to punters/customers, directly or through waitrons. Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain clean and tidy service areas.

You Bring: Food & Beverage experience.What You'll Do For The Brand: Ensure uniforms are adhered to and in accordance with the dress code.Maintain a neat and tidy bar area prior to and during service times.Prepare stock requisition and ensure fridges are sufficiently stocked with proper stock rotation.Greet customers and provide exceptional service, including taking and serving orders promptly.Handle customer complaints efficiently and record them in the complaint log.Collect and correctly record payments from customers.Ensure the service area is clean and tidy for the next shift.Perform any ad hoc duties as required.What You'll Bring To The Team: Excellent service delivery.Excellent communication and listening skills.The ability to take accountability.GAAP system experience.The ability to actively promote and sell products or services.So, are you ready to level up, learn, and perform at your best?
