Barista (Fixed Term Contract) - Pietermaritzburg

RedCat Recruitment is seeking an experienced BARISTA (FIXED TERM CONTRACT) for a large growing concern, position based in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal. REQUIREMENTS Grade 12.
Relevant qualification or equivalent experience.
Valid drivers license / own reliable vehicle.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).
Point of Sale and Arch Software advantageous! 2+ yrs working experience in a similar position.
Preparing coffee tailored to the client's preference.
Clean and sanitize the equipment, work area, serving counter and surrounding area.
Communicating with customers, taking orders and processing payments.
Maintain a well-stocked coffee bar by taking inventory and requesting stock to be replenished timeously.
Adhere to all safety regulations and quality controls.
Exceptional listening and communication skills.
Friendly and engaging personality.
