Preferred Additional Education: A National Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management is preferable
Computer literacy skills in MS office -including word, excel and PowerPoint and the use of Internet
Culinary skills
Code 08 Drivers license is required
Required Minimum Experience: 5 years experience in Banqueting and or Food Services Management is required.
2 years experience in one or more of the following areas: Hospitality Management, customer service role
Personal Qualities: Dedication: incumbent will be required to work after hours as per function requirements and need to be dedicated to your work to fulfil duties after hours
Time management: working on various functions at once requires incumbent to prioritize and to make use of time management in order to complete the work for all the functions
