Brand New Commercial Passenger Vehicle dealership looking for a General Sales Manager in Secunda - MpumalangaKey Responsibilities:Leadership & Management:Provide strong leadership to the dealership team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.Will be overseeing the New and Preowned (used) vehicle sales, as well as the Filling StationOperational Oversight:Oversee all aspects of dealership operations, including sales, service, parts, and finance departments, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.Sales & Revenue Growth:Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase market share, and enhance profitability while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a premium customer experience that aligns with our brand values.Financial Management:Manage the dealerships financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure financial health and stability.Staff Development:Recruit, train, and mentor staff, promoting a positive work environment and encouraging professional growth and development.Compliance & Standards:Ensure the dealership complies with all regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.Qualifications:Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, with at least 3 years in a senior management role within a dealershipLeadership Skills:Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.Sales Acumen:Demonstrated success in sales management with a deep understanding of the automotive market and customer preferences.Financial Expertise:Proficiency in financial management, including budgetingCommunication Skills:Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders.Problem-Solving:Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset.Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
