In People Consulting team, we help our clients with:
Organisation & Workforce Transformation - As companies innovate, grow, and elevate their business, they need to effectively realign their organisation structure, leadership teams, and workforce. We provide services such as Organisational Design, Workforce Strategy, Leadership & Talent Management, and Workforce Analytics.
Change Management and Learning & Development - We provide services to prepare people to adapt and excel in changing environments.
Organisational Culture and Leadership Development - People Consulting aims to align, focus, and inspire hearts and minds through initiatives that enhance organisational culture and leadership capabilities.
HR Transformation - We help organisations adopt agile innovation to improve the quality of HR outcomes.
Your key responsibilities:
Supporting clients in their transformation journey through the design and implementation of effective organisational change management programmes.
Helping clients deliver human capital strategies and workforce optimisation programmes that are imperative to an organisation's success.
Working with Business Leaders on organisation restructuring efforts, workforce planning, competency modelling, performance and rewards management.
Improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the HR function.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Organisational/Industrial Psychology, Human Resources Management, or other relevant disciplines.
Honours degree advantageous.
Good communication skills, especially fluent in written and spoken English.
Demonstrated teamwork and problem-solving skills.
Experience in Microsoft PowerPoint advantageous.
