Bringing true, meaningful value to our clients and the communities we serve and creating a real sense of purpose for you.Job DescriptionTo manage workstreams in support of the origination, structuring and execution of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) transactions, by developing a seasoned understanding of the Investment Banking (IB) Advisory product portfolio, and performing activities independently, in order to grow the M&A business, within defined CIB risk parameters and relevant regulatory requirements.QualificationsDegree in Business Commerce / Finance / AccountingPost Graduate Qualification in Business Commerce3-4 years experience in M&A or Corporate Finance product environment3-4 years proficient understanding of key financial concepts, with experience in interpreting client financial statements, calculating financial ratios and building financial models.3-4 years experience in drafting client documentation (presentation books, management presentations, board materials, memoranda, and other presentation materials).Demonstrated understanding of legislation, regulations and industry codes of practice.Technical Competencies:Business Insights - The ability to apply business and the marketplace knowledge to advance the organization's goals. Has a grasp of business drivers, finds new ways to increase own contribution.
