Your Role at impact.com:
Are you obsessed with getting great results? Our ideal candidate is a professional with demonstrable refined technical, analytical, and organizational skills, with experience in growth strategy, analytics, production, automation, testing, and deliverability. You should be detail-oriented and able to work proficiently under pressure.
What You'll Do:
Manage in-app placements to drive marketplace growth through merchandising. Effective communication with diverse stakeholders will be essential as you work to enhance partnerships and overall marketplace performance.
More specifically, you'll get to:

Become deeply familiar with impact.com's product offering and leverage that knowledge to influence customer behavior that drives growth.
Own all aspects of merchandising including but not limited to homepage widget management, editorial content, deals/offer data, and processes to manage scheduling, sharing, and tracking of placements.
Work cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketplace, Data Science, Content Marketing and others as needed.
Align cross-channel initiatives with engineering, content, design, product, support, and leadership.
Collaborate on product strategy, defining user personas and feature development.
Set goals and be held accountable to metrics for optimization of partnerships through brand assets.
Ensure prompt troubleshooting and solutions to issues as they arise.

What You Have:

2-3 years of related work experience in a B2B environment.
Basic understanding of software development processes, common programming languages, and system architectures.
Ability to interpret data and derive insights to inform product decisions.
Understanding of user-centered design principles.
Clear and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to approach complex issues logically and creatively.
Basic skills in organizing tasks, timelines, and resources.
Understanding of how to align product development with business goals.
Ability to gather and analyze market and competitor information.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with team management tools (Google, Confluence, Jira, Slack).
Willingness to learn and adjust in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree.
