Assistant Merchandiser - Ladies Brand

Our client is a well-known premium fashion brand that cares about quality fabrics and designs in-house with a multi-wear function.
This is a wonderful opportunity to join a growing brand that will offer future growth and development.
This role is 4 days a week in the office and 1 day from home on a Friday, based in East London.

Main Responsibilities will Include: Analyse sales performance by category, product, and style, providing actionable insights to improve product assortment. Providing Weekly Trade documents in time for meetings.Supporting with analysis as required for sign off, season strategy, and adhoc requests.Review regular stock performance and sell-through while reviewing re-orders or need for markdowns/promotions.Trading & Market Insights Monitor customer feedback, trends, competitor activity, and returns rate to aid product decisions.Support team with achieving department KPI's to maximise sales and profit.Stock Management Ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time, referring to the critical path as needed. Maintaining launch periods across Wholesale delivery windows and Marketing planner.Reviewing shortages/overages from shipments, liaising with our 3PL regarding deliveries, returns, etc.Collaborates across teams reviewing inventory levels to avoid overstock or stockouts, utilising various channels to clear stock effectively while maintaining margin.Product Data Management Overseeing the management of PO's, accuracy of ex dates, price adjustments, barcodes/SKU's.Maintain accurate product and stock data in internal systems, ensuring all information is up to date and correct.Work alongside multiple departments across the business and maintain strong supplier relationships with open communication.Aid in the implementation of our new PLM.Person Specifications: Advanced Excel.Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise own workload.Able to work independently within a fast-paced environment.Strong accuracy and attention to detail.Flexibility to work across departments.2 years' experience at either Senior MAA or Assistant Merchandiser level.
