Details of the offer

Minimum requirements:
Minimum qualification: Degree or Diploma in Building Environment, Architecture and/or Interior design will be advantageous
Certification in AutoCAD, Revit and other programmes such as Corel Draw, Photoshop and Design software is highly desirable
Minimum 3-5 years' experience coordinating large commercial and retail projects with optimization in the CAD systems, drawing requests and relevant software
Experience in reading plans, design drawings, technical specifications and project management principles and procedures will be highly advantageous
Ability to follow through on formal applications and approval procedures related to local Government regulations with specific building, infrastructure and construction knowledge is desired
Must be knowledgeable in construction and building codes with the relevant legislation, council submissions and national standards
Must be proficient in English
Valid driver's license is beneficial
Computer literacy on relevant software and technical specifications is highly advantageous
