We explore challenges with curiosity and creativity - using technology, imagination and rigour to deliver remarkable outcomes.Are you a 3rd Year or Final Year Engineering Student?We are offering bursaries to students who will be commencing their 3rd or final year in the 2025 academic year with a university in South Africa.Sponsorship for 3rd year students who will require further funding in future academic years will be renewed annually in accordance with the terms and conditions entered between Arup and the student.Bursaries will be awarded in the following engineering fields of study:Civil EngineeringElectrical EngineeringMechanical EngineeringA limited number of bursaries can be awarded, and we will be reviewing applications on a rolling basis - we therefore encourage applications to be submitted ahead of the closing date which is 4 December 2024.The bursary will cover tuition fees and prescribed books for the sponsored academic year.Eligibility criteria to apply for sponsorship:Registered or to be registered as a 3rd year or final year student in 2025 academic year in the advertised fields of study.Studying at a South African tertiary learning institution.South African citizen or have permission to study in South Africa.Passion for sustainability and intending to pursue a career in the built environment in buildings services (property, science and technology) or energy (renewable).Achieved an overall average of 65% minimum pass in latest academic year of study.Achieved an overall average of 75% minimum in Math and Physics where stated in the specific advertisement.
