You will lead and motivate a dynamic sales team to achieve targets and revenue goals.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain trust relationships with major clients.Understand and fulfill key customer needs and requirements.Expand relationships with existing customers by proposing solutions that meet their objectives.Ensure timely delivery of products and services.Serve as the communication link between customers and internal teams.Resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain trust.Generate new sales that lead to long-lasting relationships.Prepare regular progress and forecast reports using key account metrics.Meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned territories.Identify and acquire new customers, while upselling to existing ones.Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to successful closure.Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.Develop a robust pipeline and ensure accurate sales forecasting and account planning.Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.Analyze market trends and competitors activities to formulate responsive strategies.Requirements:Proven sales experience, preferably as an Area Manager in the industrial sector.Experience in sales and providing customer-focused solutions.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to solve problems and negotiate effectively.BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or a relevant field is beneficial.Residing close to the Centurion area.Education and Experience:Matric Certificate required.Technical Certificate is a plus.BSc/BA degree in Business Administration is beneficial.At least 3 years of sales experience, ideally within the industrial sector.Take the next step in your career and contribute to a leading company in Centurion.
