Hire Resolve's client is a leading Architecture firm that is urgently seeking the expertise of an Architectural Technologist in Edenvale, GP.Responsibilities:Compliance with all SANS10400 regulationsObtain site / stand / premises informationInterior details and architectural drawingsFinishing schedulesSpecification sheetsSite inspectionsSite measurements and as-built drawingsProject management and site organization with site instructionsObtaining relevant quotes for specific projectsMeeting all potential contractors and sub-contractorsCouncil documentation preparationMust be comfortable taking minutes of meetings with Contractors and suppliersCollect samples and compile client presentationsPlacing orders and checking of deliveriesAssist with budget preparationsConfirm delivery installation datesReceive deliveriesRequirements:At least 5 years experience in the field of Architecture.Must have site experience dealing with a variety of consultants.The ideal candidate must have knowledge and experience in:AutoCADRevit (Advantageous)Excel, Word, OutlookPowerPointAfrikaans and English speakingMust have a driver's license and own carMust be able to work under pressure and have a strong personalityStrong planning, organizational and communication skillsBenefits:Salary: negotiableOur client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experienceContact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
