Architect (Spanish Speaking)

Key Responsibilities:Conceptualize and develop building designs for a variety of luxury projects.Produce architectural drawings and detailing for each project stage, ensuring compliance with design intent.Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, interior designers, and external consultants.Ensure efficient workflow and resource allocation within assigned project teams.Attend and contribute to site meetings, track project milestones, and ensure project deadlines are met.Oversee quality control, from conceptual designs through to final construction details.Coordinate project cost estimates and maintain project budgets in collaboration with the client and consultants.Prepare comprehensive construction documentation for submissions and approvals.Adhere to and enforce architectural and design standards.Engage in continuous learning and development to stay current with design trends, software, and hospitality standards.Qualifications:Master's in Architecture (MArch) or Master's in Architectural Technology (MTech).Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience, ideally with exposure to site and/or hospitality projects.Registered with the relevant architectural board or eligible to work in South Africa.Fluent in English; Spanish language proficiency is a plus.Expertise in Autodesk Revit, BIM workflows, and the Adobe suite.Skills and Attributes:Strong technical knowledge of construction and architectural design.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Proficiency in developing high-quality conceptual designs, floor plans, elevations, and construction drawings.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.A commitment to delivering high-quality results, even under tight deadlines.
