Responsibilities: Undergoing learner readiness (Pre-learning) assessments as and when required.RPL assessment process.Gap Training and Final Assessment (Trade Test).Attend all the training classes according to the training schedule (days and times).Submit, within the agreed time frames of the training programme, all assignments.Must complete the programme (classroom training, submissions, practical application).Ensure that he/she does not miss any session(s) or neglect any responsibilities as a learner without any serious cause.Willing to co-sign with the line manager the letter of commitment to the training.Promptly communicate any learning concerns to the course facilitator and HR personnel.Complete and Sign Learning Programme contract.Qualifications: Matric/Grade 12 certificate.Trade Test.N3 in mechanical and electrical engineering studies.PepsiCo is committed to providing opportunities for the young and unemployed youth in South Africa.
