Analyst

Join Lactalis SA at our Bonnievale Plant in the Laboratory department with the main responsibilities to ensure that all samples are received as per sampling schedule and analysed according to test methodologies.
Generate reports and give daily reporting to Lab Manager and production with respect to results.
Successful candidates need to have at least 2 years of experience in a chemical and or micro laboratory within the FMCG environment.
The successful candidate must also be able to demonstrate sound knowledge of food quality and full adherence to all Safety & Health policies, procedures and legislation.
Be fluent in English and be computer literate (advance excel skills and MS Office).
