Job DescriptionA well established fashion retailer is expanding their planning department and is in search of a detail orientated Trainee Merchandise Allocator to join their team.Key Responsibilities:Working with planning and buying departments to fully implement the merchandise strategyStore and merchandise-related analysisLiaising with suppliers, stores and the Distribution Centre regarding stock levels, deliveries and general queriesMonitoring the delivery of stock and take appropriate actionEffective communication with stores & Operations.Monitoring product performance to take appropriate actionRegular store visits where appropriateCandidate RequirementsQualifications and Experience:A relevant tertiary qualificationProven working experience as a allocator (3+ years)Skills:A high degree of numeracy and an analytical, detailed and strategic approach to workExcels at data analysis and the ability to draw inferencesStrong business acumen and merchant thinkingAnalytical ProcessesCommercial AcumenCustomer Service DeliveryPlanning & OrganisingPolicy & ProceduresMarket Research and AnalysisRequirements AnalysisHow to applyPlease forward your CV to ******.
