Agile Master (Expert) 1467

· Takes ownership and responsibility for all aspects of the Teams delivery and performance· Collaborates with Product Owners and colleagues across multiple sites/locations· Supports one or more Feature Teams in complex Products / Sub-products up to Domain level· Guides the team and organisation on the use and application of Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices· Co-ordinates PI (Domain Cycle) planning, together with Product Owners · Supports the Product Owner with grooming processes and product backlog management· Co-ordinates and leads relevant Agile Ceremonies· Drives the resolution of Impediments· Drives the team delivery· Assists with internal and external communication and improving transparency. Demonstrates the status / performance of the team as key element.· Focuses on continuous improvement with the relevant Feature Team.· Drives topics related to team morale & culture.· Provides coaching & support of Feature Members.· Assesses the agile maturity of the team and organisation and coaches the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and Product Owners.· Assists with other project / product- and team coordination tasks when required· Provides active and regular mentorship to other Agile Masters, where required
