Details of the offer

As an Administrator in the training department, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation and delivery of training programs within the organization.Key Responsibilities:Keeping a schedule for trainersCompiling training reports (PowerPoint presentations)Providing training material needed by trainers (copying and binding)Making copies and filing of completed assessments (filing systems)Communicating with external service providers (getting quotes and scheduling of training sessions)Maintaining the training databasePrinting certificates for signatureSending completed documents to the relevant sites (signed certificates)Liaising with site personnel regarding training needs for scheduling of trainersMinimum Requirements:A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field2 to 3 years of experience in an administrative role within a training, HR, or educational settingFamiliarity with LMS or other training management software is advantageousProficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookEnsuring accuracy in records, reports, and communicationsAbility to work collaboratively with trainers, trainees, and other HR personnelFor more information please contact:Hope Nkanyane
