Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Goods Received Voucher (GRV) Clerk responsible for the accurate and timely documentation of incoming stock from suppliers at the depot.DurationContract for 5 yearsSalaryMarket relatedRequirementsTertiary Education - Pharmacist Assistant Course (Basic), Forklift trainingAt least 2 years related experienceWilling and able to work overtime on requestResponsibilitiesResponsible for the accurate and timely documentation of incoming stock from suppliers at the depotPrinting of order list and order form on the system and prepare Goods Received Vouchers (GRVs) or receipts for all incoming stockVerify documentation according to strength, quantity, expiry date, batch number, description, pack size/configuration, item name that they correspond to the Fine Checkers checks and invoicesCommunication directly with suppliers on queries found to find speedy resolutionResponsible for uplifment's of stock from Depot by suppliersResponsible for managing the delivery schedule from suppliersDesired SkillsMaintain an organized and compliant inventory systemProcessing Of ReportsStock AdministrationDesired Work Experience2 to 5 yearsDesired Qualification LevelGrade 12 / MatricSeniority LevelEntry levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionAdministrativeIndustriesStaffing and RecruitingContact: Thando TshabanguPhone: (Phone Number Removed)Email: (Email Address Removed)
