R12 000 to R15 000 a month CTC

A non-profit organization with international recognition, dedicated to upholding Islamic values, especially in Halaal standards and dietary laws, is looking for an Administration Assistant to join their team. It works with respected religious and professional groups to ensure high standards in Halaal certification. As a founding member of the World Halaal Council, it is acknowledged by Muslim countries and the global community.

Minimum Requirements: Minimum Grade 12 (Matric) Diploma or certification in administration management or a related field (advantageous) At least 5 years of proven secretarial and administrative experience Experience in customer liaison Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Sage Pastel (or similar software) Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to think critically and solve problems Self-motivated, independent, and self-aware Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as the central point of contact, ensuring smooth administrative processes within business units Coordinate and manage appointments for the business unit management Support the Managing Director and Operations Manager with projects, presentations, and document preparation Handle appointment scheduling, phone calls, visitor information, and meeting organization for management Maintain proper archiving of documentation at the sub-company level Prepare written statements, meeting minutes, and other documents as requested by management Track current jobs, manage staff assignments, vehicle tracking, and staff hours in coordination with the Operations Manager Manage project documentation, including opening and closing projects and tracking payments and financials Foster a supportive and collaborative environment with internal and external partners Assist with everyday commercial tasks, such as documentation, drafting letters, and compiling information Liaise with the company bookkeeper and provide necessary information or assistance Organize courier shipments of documents, samples, and materials to external stakeholders Please do not apply using scanned CVs; no supporting documentation is required at this point, this will be requested later.
