Admin Supervisor

Grade 12 / Matric plus related tertiary qualification Minimum of 5 years experience in similar position in the Material Handling (Forklift) industry essential Experience as Team leader / Supervisor Understanding and working knowledge of Kerridge system; ability to write reports; skill and ability to identify and correct errors on WIP Advanced MS Office skills Duties will include - Work in Progress (WIP), analysing and correcting accuracy of data captured on WIPs & WIP invoicing Ensure the warranty claims process is done accurately and submitted timeously Labour Recovery: monitor labour sales per technician, ensure that labour recovery data is captured and inputted daily by the Controllers Analyse and identify loss-making Aftermarket contracts Ensure the warranty claims process is done accurately and submitted timeously Compile and distribute various daily, weekly and monthly reports Coordinate product field campaigns Prepare commission and incentive calculations for staff
